Whether you are looking for a unique engagement or wedding ring, a one-of-a-kind gemstone ring or simply a twist on one of our existing designs from our collection, we can bring your vision to life.
You will be closely involved throughout the design and creative collaboration process so you can be rest assured that the outcome will be as you had envisioned.
How it works
The process begins with a casual chat over email or WhatsApp. We will talk through your ideas and we can offer suggestions based on this. You may already have a good idea in mind, or simply require guidance on design and materials.
Feel free to browse our collection on Instagram for inspiration. If something catches your eye, we can use this as a starting point for your piece. We are always happy to chat so please get in touch if you would like to talk through any designs.
Every piece of our bespoke jewelry is individually handmade by our artisan with care and precision.
Please let us know if you have a budget in mind and we will design within your requirements and recommend designs and gemstones accordingly.
If you don’t have a clear budget, we will guide you through the options and advise you on the cost of various designs and gemstones to help you make a decision.
The next step is to refine the ideas into a series of designs for you to choose from. To do this we will usually create a 3D CAD model for you to visualize your design and to see it come alive.
We will be working closely together throughout this process and the designs may evolve through several iterations before the final design is reached. Whether you are based in or outside of Hong Kong, we can email/ WhatsApp sketches and photographs to guide you through the entire process.
You are welcome to select from the variety of coloured gemstones in our available stock. If your design requires something else, we will source a selection of stones for you to choose from.
Depending on the design, making your bespoke piece of jewelry may involve processes such as hand-carving in wax, forging and hammer-texturing.
Each piece is designed, made and set in-house from start to finish.
When your custom-made piece of jewelry is ready and the balance has been paid, the commission is complete. You are welcome to collect your piece in person from our designated pop up store or we can arrange delivery to you.
