Thank you for visiting and shopping at Antonia Y. Jewelry. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free local shipping within Hong Kong.
We are pleased to offer free local shopping via Hong Kong Post Office postal services within Hong Kong. Your order should be with you within 5-7 working days.
Alternatively, if you wish to have us ship to you via SF express, you may also choose this option at checkout. Shipping cost for this option will have to be paid by you upon arrival.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide!
We offer free international shipping on orders over HK$800/GBP80/US$100 (cheapest shipping method applies).
If this amount is not met, no worries! We offer a 45 HKD fixed shipping rate for international orders at checkout. This should take around 7-14 days delivery to get to you. If your parcel has not arrived within the related time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can help you track your order.
Please kindly note that you will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes and any issues that may arise in your country.
Shipping Processing time
All orders are usually shipped locally within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Antonia Y. Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Antonia Y. Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Please contact us directly to discuss your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not process refunds at this moment. However, if you have received a faulty product (which should not happen as we ensure we will only provide the best products to you!) will we process a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer a 14-day no questions asked exchange policy for all jewelry except earrings and sale items from the date of receipt (this will be according to the tracking information).
If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please kindly contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the full details on how to proceed.
Unfortunately, we will not cover any shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a shipping mode that is trackable on your end as we will not be liable for lost packages.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Yes! We do repairs. We have lifetime repairs for all disconnected chains and findings (e.g. jump rings, clasps). If you would like to replace your chains altogether, we will be able to do that for you for a small cost of 40 HKD. This is to cover the cost of materials and also to provide a small cut to our crafters for the repair.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
